The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. If you are a creative and data-driven individual with a proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B lifecycle and nurturing campaigns, we want to hear from you! As the Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our email marketing strategy. You will play a critical role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through targeted email campaigns. Your primary focus will be on creating and running lifecycle and nurturing campaigns using Salesforce Pardot.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to engage and nurture leads, convert prospects into customers, and drive customer retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce Pardot to create and manage complex email automation workflows, segmentation, and personalization for optimal campaign performance.
  • Implement lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel and facilitate seamless handoffs to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling email content, including copy, graphics, and multimedia elements, tailored to different stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement data to ensure highly targeted and relevant messaging.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance, including subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key email marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all email marketing campaigns comply with relevant email marketing regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM Act.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content, to align email marketing efforts with broader marketing and business goals.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with B2B Email Marketing.
  • Deep understanding and technical knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage complex email automation workflows and segmentation.
  • Proficiency in email marketing software and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, engagement, and list management.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data for optimization.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative email marketing strategies.

On-site or remote candidates are welcome!

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$90,000 + equity + benefits. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs, market demands, and years of experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
