Location: Remote, located on PSTJob Type: Ongoing contractCompensation Range: $40-45 W2 per hourWe are looking for a Digital Designer to join our client’s fun, progressive, rapidly growing e-commerce business.

This role is responsible for designing concepts to final deliverables for brand and seasonal marketing campaigns that will translate across multiple channels including site, email, paid social, and display ads.

The ideal candidate will support our client’s Fashion & Beauty creative team and must be a problem solver and conceptual thinker able to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.Retail/fashion advertising experience is required to be considered. Responsibilities:Conceptualize, design, and maintain multi-channel creative assets that align to content strategy & adhere to brand guidelines from external agencies or partners.Deliver creative from briefing to final deliverable-which includes, but not limited to, digital & print assets, activations, and paid digital media marketing.Actively work to develop cross-functional relationships and foster collaboration.Proactive, self-sufficient, and professional, with strong organizational and time management skills.Work closely with Project Management & Ops to communicate and deliver on creative needs through online project management tools.Collaborate with Marketing, Project Management & Ops, eComm Ops, Copy, & Product teams, as well as external agencies and partners, to provide the creative point-of-view & to ensure brand cohesion across all user touchpoints.Continued growth of individual self, the team and business by contributing to exploration and research of trends and competition as well as evolving skills such as learning new design tools.

Qualifications

Experience level: ExperiencedBA/BFA in Graphic Design or other relevant education3-4 years of professional design retail experience in the area of advertising and/or ecommerce design and the production process involved thereinExperience with website assets, CRM, social, motion design, and videoExtensive knowledge of working with design software specifically Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaAbility to edit photos and do minor retouching in photoshop (clipping, extending backgrounds etc.

)Ability to distinguish good layout/typography, apply color theory, hierarchy, and balanceAbility to troubleshoot minor problems with typography, layout, applications, hardwareOrganized worker and ability to grasp various new software used for creative workflowComfortable doing motion design from static imagery and/or other types of componentsAble to take creative direction and collaborate with a variety of production teams.Additional Preferred Qualifications2 years experience managing interactive projects in an online creative or related digital fieldProficiency in various programs, such as, but not limited to:FigmaSketchMicrosoft Office SuiteKeynoteUnderstanding of responsive/adaptive design, HTML5/CSS3, JavascriptExperience working with animation software (After Effects, Premier Pro)Ability to design logos/lockups and develop visual identity systemsSome understanding of print process and producing print mechanicalsIllustration skills a plus but not requiredComfortable with presenting work to your peers, creative leadership and/or partners.
