VeVe is the largest mobile-first digital collectibles platform out there, with more than 8 million collectibles sold to date. Founded in 2018, VeVe was created by collectors for collectors, to bring premium licensed digital collectibles to the mass market from leading brands including Disney, Marvel, DC Comics, Back to the Future and more.

As a Design Researcher to join our growing design function. You will be in charge of leading our user research and user testing function at VeVe. We are looking for someone to set up design processes from scratch and to refine our existing design processes. If you are a passionate design expert, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and creation of our design research function to aid in understanding our users
• Work with key stakeholders and the design team to provide governance and design direction
• Strongly contribute to to our high-performing design team
• Set design design practise goals across our cross-functional teams
• Maintain and write user documentation for the wider business

Requirements:

• Strong experience in design research role or equivalent within a start-up, Saas or product focussed company
• A passion for NFT’s, Crypto, Web3 or gaming industry
• Able to function and be productive in a fully remote environment
• Willing to be flexible to work across different time zones
• Strong stakeholder experience working with a number of different cross functional product teams
