About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join us. Responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding all US clients including offer management and media scheduling
  • Carrying out updates and resolving issues for clients
  • Liaising with clients on monthly reports and optimising their use of tech
  • Supporting the Account Managers with our key accounts
  • Scheduling media campaigns, monitoring competitor activity and offer strength

Requirements

About You

We’d really like to hear from you, if you have…

  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • 1+ years of client facing/client serving experience
  • Admin experience
  • Knowledge of US markets
  • You are organised, persistent and tenacious with experience of working to deadlines
