You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we communicate our brand and product to the world through engaging and trend-driven content across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and more.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is a masterful storyteller who can bring ideas to life through high-quality video content. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, editing engaging videos, and staying ahead of trends across all social media platforms. Your goal is to captivate audiences and communicate the impact of Smart Nora in a way that resonates deeply with viewers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and produce compelling video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Develop and craft stories that communicate the essence of Smart Nora, including product demos, customer testimonials, founder stories, and expert interviews.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content is current and relevant.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all content.
• Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for new content formats, series, and campaigns that drive engagement.
• Manage video production from start to finish, including pre-production (storyboarding, scriptwriting), shooting, and post-production (editing, adding effects, optimizing for platforms).
• Track and analyze performance metrics to iterate and improve content performance.

• Proven experience in video editing and storytelling across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.).
• Ability to create compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• A deep understanding of social media platforms, their content formats, and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of trends in digital content.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience using A.I tools to generate creaetive.

Preferred:

• Experience working with brands in the wellness, lifestyle, or tech sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is a plus.
