The Corporate Planning Strategist role to lead a high-value and high-profile consulting engagement that enables clients to transform their business in a significant way. This role produces the key output of Consulting Operations: strategy recommendations. He/she is responsible for developing strategies based on a comprehensive set of analyzed data, using Acumen IP (framework, process, criteria) or global/external best practice benchmarks and applies these guidelines/benchmarks to the particular business reality and need of the client, guided by the Client Director.

Specific roles and responsibilities:

• Lead Process and Workshop Designs
• Create preliminary BDM Framework working with SMEs per function per industry
• Integrate in real time all workshop output, and the final output into a consolidated company Strat Plan, vetting the output with Senior Consultants and Functional SMEs

You will report directly under the Business Strategy Unit Head and work with different internal and external stakeholders.

• At least 3-5 years’ work experience with at least 2 cycles of strategic planning work, business review/business plan preparation or corporate planning
• Overall intellectual horsepower to quickly understand new industries
• Has a keen interest in understanding the complexities and interdependencies of various types of business information
• Has broad business understanding including sound knowledge of Finance is a plus
• Has strong analytical and critical thinking skills; naturally intelligent and curious
