Content Marketing Manager

Description of the offer

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and make an immediate impact across the business as we continue our rapid growth. You’ll be a key player in making content a growth engine by producing top-quality content for highly technical audiences and successfully own and drive our content marketing vision, strategy, and execution.

Tasks

• Own the vision and strategy of content marketing
• Lead and manage editorial calendar to create high-quality content at scale across multiple formats with the help of multiple teams
• Research and suggest compelling content that attracts our audience
• Make data-driven decisions to move the team and our content forward and hit company goals
• Collaborate closely with our Developer Experience team to identify and distribute content across paid and owned marketing channels to drive demand
• Edit content, ensuring for consistent voice, correct grammar, and strategic alignment to the objective
• Find new content tools that can help in content creation and distribution
• Manage relationships with contractors, guest writers, and agencies who contribute to content marketing efforts
• Create Memgraphcontent writing guidelines and editorial process

Requirements Basic

• Extensive experience in marketing, with 5+ years in content marketing with some international B2B SaaS experience
• Basic knowledge of technology and experience marketing directly to developers
• Proven track record in content marketing strategy and content development across multiple formats for multiple audiences
• Sharp attention to detail with exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills
• Solid foundation in SEO
• Capable of understanding the data behind a great content marketing strategy so we can confidently produce community-engaging content
• Developer-centric mentality, ability to understand the developer’s needs and challenges and translate them into compelling content
• Continuous learner mindset, self-starter, and comfortable working with complex technical concepts

Nice to have

• Worked in product-led growth or developer-focused companies
• A good understanding of user personas, the stages of the marketing sales funnel, SEO content marketing best practices, and content strategy
• Experience coordinating and working with external freelancers and content agencies
