You’ll amplify and nurture a buzzing NoRedInk community that promotes our values and amplifies educator voices. Additionally, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening the NoRedInk brand by identifying opportunities for earned media, enhancing public relations efforts, and expanding our online presence. You’ll tap into our existing viral network of educators to expand usage, drive new district opportunities, and retain current customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Strategy: Leverage the existing word-of-mouth virality of NoRedInk by developing an engagement strategy for NoRedInk’s in-network educators
  • Community Engagement: Create and launch an ambassador program to amplify the voices of NoRedInk’s most prominent advocates and involve them in marketing campaigns
  • Community Growth: Develop and execute strategies to attract new members, increase user acquisition, and improve retention rates
  • Events and Partnerships: Manage national and regional webinars, including sourcing presenters, coordinating logistics, and facilitating engaging conversations on literacy topics
  • Brand Support: Identify opportunities for earned media and collaborate with subject matter experts, ambassadors, and internal teams to create content that supports the brand
  • Social Media Management: Manage our social media accounts and implement campaigns on target platforms that provide our network with both resources and tools for sharing NoRedInk
  • Community Insights: Solicit, organize, and promote user-generated content and testimonials while monitoring community trends for valuable insights
  • Community Advocacy: Report the community’s needs, interests, and feedback to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics that measure the effectiveness of community initiatives
