Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business outcomes and OKRs into high quality designs in an Agile environment
• Be our internal users’ advocate, from problem framing to solution designing.
• Develop application designs for web and desktop, focusing on dashboard building, accessibility, and user experience
• Create user experiences from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and pixel-perfect ready-to-deploy designs and user interactions using Figma, AdobeXD or similar
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX research and design

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably in B2C mobile app development
• A user-centric mindset and attention-to-detail
• Highly effective in problem discovery and problem solving in end-to-end UX
• Experience with UX research methodologies and their practical implementation
• Experience working in an agile environment and ability to wireframe and design iteratively and adapt quickly from feedback loops
• Implement Design Systems, Pattern Libraries, Style Guides, and Component Libraries
• Has experience inheriting an existing design system and making incremental improvements
• You are a true team player, a keen learner and excel in collaborative communication and organic leadership

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Product Strategy
• Familiarity with UX analytics data
• Understanding of the Design Thinking methodology
• Knowledge of best human-to-computer interactions
