Position Overview:

We are looking for a CAD/Revit Technician with a passion for creating precise and detailed drawings for residential projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our design and architectural teams to transform concepts into accurate CAD and Revit drawings. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a strong command of CAD and Revit software and a passion for residential design, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements.
• Create CAD and Revit drawings based on redlines, sketches, and project specifications.
• Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and local building codes.
• Produce accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Assist in the development of design and construction documents.
• Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure precision and completeness.
• Communicate and coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with CAD/Revit software advancements and best practices.

Qualifications:

• A degree or certificate or experience of 3 years in drafting, architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawing production.
• Knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Previous experience in residential CAD work is a plus.
