Job Description

As a Brand & Graphic Designer at Freebird, you will play a pivotal role in our brand and design efforts across our business with specific emphasis on paid social marketing efforts. You will be responsible for creating eye-catching and engaging performance ads that captivate our target audiences and drive results.

Please note: If you have not created ads and/or social media posts for past work, your portfolio will be deprioritized. Bonus points to candidates with design experience including branding, web design, UX design, and/or email design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Performance Ads: Create visually appealing and effective performance ads for paid social marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Adherence to Brand Guidelines: Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to understand campaign objectives and tailor designs to meet specific performance goals.
• A/B Testing: Participate in A/B testing of ad creatives to optimize performance and ROI.
• Adaptation and Iteration: Continuously review and refine ad creatives based on performance data and market trends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, particularly in designing performance ads for paid social marketing.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Compensation
