About the role

Reel Unlimited is currently looking for two talented and motivated Brand designers to join our design team and get flat daily pay to design logos and brand identities for our clients. This position will operate on either US EST or EU CEST working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Create logos: Use Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to create unique and memorable logos for various clients.
• Develop branding: Work on complete brand packages, including color schemes and typography.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with other designers and client teams to make sure the brand message is consistent.

How it works: 

• Once accepted into the team, you will be assigned to new logos and branding tasks every day, Monday to Friday.
• You will have access to our dashboard to review project details, including deadlines, and will also have access to a private Slack channel for communication and collaboration with clients.
• You will have 24 hours to complete each task.

Compensations:

Compensation is structured as a flat monthly salary ranging from $1250 to $2500. Additional benefits include 15 days of paid vacation annually, the flexibility to work remotely from any location, and performance-based bonuses and incentives. Rest assured, there’s no need to compete for clients or make pitches without the assurance of compensation.

The minimum requirements for this position include the following:

• Software skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (Figma is mandatory).
• Design skills: Strong abilities in conceptual thinking and design are essential.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills are a must. You should be detail-oriented and customer-friendly.
• Turnaround time: Adherence to a 24-hour turnaround time for each task is required.
• Workload: Capability to deliver a minimum of 3-4 tasks per day while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work schedule: This is a full-time remote position; candidates must adhere to either US EST or EU CEST working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Additional skills: Strong typography skills, good interpersonal abilities, and client-handling and agency experience are needed.
• Teamwork: Must be a team player with a sense of humor.
