About the role
- You will join a close-knit, fully cross-functional team that operates independently. You will be working on the various applications that empower our product integration platform.
- You will work collaboratively with talented product managers & UX designers to design, build, and support features for our product portfolio. You’ll engage with customer feedback and help translate it into product changes and improvements.
- You will raise the bar of our Engineering org. You will drive progress by setting a high standard for your peers, taking ownership and providing support to your colleagues while also helping elevate our engineers’ skills through activities such as code reviews, pair programming, and up-skilling initiatives.
- You will serve as an exemplary leader by facilitating and promoting technical discussions that encourage the team to arrive at the most optimal decisions. By doing so, you’ll help the team stay aligned and make informed decisions that will benefit our products and services.
You should apply if you:
- Have an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or a related STEM degree. We are open to alternate career paths as well.
- Have at least five years of experience building web applications in a formal team environment.
- Have relevant experience with React, Node, TypeScript, Cypress, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, or similar.
- Enjoy taking ownership of features and overseeing their development from the planning stage all the way through to production.
- Have the capability to write clean and maintainable code while also paying attention to its performance. At the same time, you must also be comfortable with shipping code quickly and making do with what you have when the occasion calls for it.
- Value open communication, ongoing feedback, and efficient decision-making processes prioritising learning and growth.
- Like working remotely.
- Most importantly, an inquisitive mind: someone who cares, wants to learn, delivers value to users and has success as a team.
- Are open to a 4-hour crossover with Mountain Standard Time (MST) in the United States.
