We are looking for a Product Manager to work on our website and mobile apps with a focus on generative AI solutions. We’re leading the industry in creating ethical AI that’s built by artists and for artists to empower them in creating engaging stories and art. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and UX—to ensure our products meet user needs, drive business objectives, and deliver an exceptional user experience.

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, while also continuously improving our digital products based on customer feedback, analytics, and market trends.

What you’ll be doing

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for both the website and mobile apps. Align product initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely and successful product releases. Foster strong relationships across departments to drive alignment.
• User-Centered Design: Champion user research, leveraging insights to drive product decisions that improve customer satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure user-friendly and accessible designs.
• Prioritization & Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize a product backlog, ensuring the most valuable features and improvements are delivered in line with the roadmap. Make data-driven decisions to balance short-term deliverables with long-term goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze product performance using data and feedback to make iterative improvements. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products to ensure our offerings remain competitive and innovative.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update senior leadership and stakeholders on product progress, metrics, and outcomes. Present product plans, results, and adjustments as needed.
• Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and guide decision-making. Use data to inform feature enhancements, prioritization, and growth strategies.

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrated success in product management roles preferably in consumer content platforms and with Generative AI
• Experience leading products and features that involve multiple teams and time zones.
• Ability to effectively communicate and discuss technical requirements with engineering and data science teams.
• Familiarity with website and mobile app user experiences especially around reading and creating content.
• A personal passion for manga, anime, and the creative world we’re helping to reimagine with AI
