We’re looking for a passionate, experienced product manager who thrives on solving complex problems, loves collaborating across teams, and is deeply committed to delivering value to users.

The Product Manager will own and drive elements within Access Development’s discount platform. The discount platform allows users to save money on hotels, flights, car rentals, theme park/attraction tickets, event tickets, dining, and general shopping.

This position will manage all product management-related processes from product/feature conception through launch and post-launch iteration. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in gathering and prioritizing product requirements based on end users, internal teams, and industry influences. Develop thoroughly thought through tickets and collaborate with Developer resources to launch the product feature. In addition, the Product Manager will work hand in hand with our UX Designers to create compelling UX/UI designs. Track and monitor product performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive product evolution based on research, testing, and user feedback.
• Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Research the pain points of internal and external users.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, IT, product marketing, client success, and customer support, to gather product input and ensure successful launches.
• Partner with Design and Development teams to create and refine products and features.
• Document requirements in concept docs, requirement documents, or user stories.
• Utilize industry knowledge and technological trends to enhance product performance.
• Conduct QA during the product launch phase.
• Monitor product usage to optimize the user experience.
• Defining and monitoring success metrics to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Demonstrable broad understanding of current web development technologies and how they can be applied to meet product and user requirements.
• Proven experience creating product roadmaps by gathering input from customers, internal users, developers, and other stakeholders.
• History of clearly and concisely documenting product or feature requirements and the ability to do so following established standards.
• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) with a strong people-centric demeanor.
• Experience working with UX/UI design to improve the user experience.
• Ability to understand the end user mindset through research, A/B testing, and site metrics to influence product decisions.
• Strong teamwork, decision-making, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to do a deep dive into analytics and reporting. Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Heap).
• Strong prioritization skills and experience managing trade-offs between scope, time, and resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent, plus a history of continuous, relevant learning through reading, webinars, or professional organizations.
• Experience in the following is a plus: previous work experience with travel, shopping, discount websites, or B2B2C or member-based platforms.
