About The Role

SalesFuel is looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team. This role will be pivotal in driving awareness, lead generation, and conversions for SalesFuel and its products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement digital marketing strategies that include paid media campaigns, content creation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and social media engagement. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both strategic and tactical aspects of digital marketing and possess a strong understanding of B2B audiences, digital channels, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with paid media campaigns, including Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, implementing strategies for keyword selection, bidding, and ad copy/image guidelines.
  • Ensure the website is up to date with the latest products, content, and functionalities. Optimize website content for better search engine visibility, SEO, and smooth customer journeys.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop digital content such as blog posts, case studies, white papers, and social media updates.
  • Focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) to increase lead generation and sales. Implement A/B testing strategies to improve content performance and user experience.
  • Assist in executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Help manage SalesFuel’s marketing automation platform (Active Campaign) and ensure contacts are moving smoothly through the sales funnel.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Boost SalesFuel’s social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and TikTok. Engage with followers and share relevant content to build brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B digital lead generation, campaign management, content creation, and integrated marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage impactful cross-functional and multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Active Campaign, Marketo, Eloqua) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to track KPIs and optimize marketing programs based on data.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, A/B testing methodologies, and AI applications in marketing.
  • Experience with user behavior insights and unifying customer journeys to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and SEO best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in marketing automation, digital marketing, or analytics.
  • Experience executing global marketing campaigns with regional adaptations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other website tracking regulations for global marketing initiatives.
